The UTEP Centennial Museum Welcome Center serves as the official headquarters for UTEP’s Centennial Celebration throughout 2014. It features a permanent exhibit on UTEP’s history, rotating exhibits on topics including UTEP athletics and a Centennial Photo Contest exhibiting memories from alumni and the public, a children’s learning area, and a gift shop stocked with new Centennial items. Both curated and self-guided walking tours of the campus are offered from the museum lobby. A 40-seat theater screens a variety of UTEP-themed videos, including Centennial interviews with faculty, staff, alumni and other university partners.
A fun range of high-quality Centennial memorabilia is now available in the Welcome Center, with more to be rolled out at individual Centennial celebration events throughout 2014. Clothing, food, imagery, and other collectibles will help you celebrate 100 years of UTEP history and memories.
